Compliance Services

FAIS Compliance and Licensing CC offers a fixed monthly basic fee of R850.00 per month for FSP's situated in Durban for the year 2014. We are willing to negotiate rates for FSP's situated in Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas. 

The basic fee covers the first key individual and his/her role as a representative. Any additional key individual and/or representative will attract a further cost of R250.00 per month per key individual and/or representative. FSP's with juristic representatives or branches will incur additional costs which will be dependant on the location, size and type of the juristic representative or branch.

 

Licence Applications 

Our 2014 rate is a fee of R1600.00 for a Category 1 licence application.  Our licence application process is conducted through electronic and telephonic mediums only. For an additional fee we can arrange for a consultation. Licence applicants are not obligated to contract with our office for compliance services once the licence is approved by the Financial Services Board.
