We provide Compliance Services on a month to month basis. We do not require our FSP's to sign a 12 or 24 month contract with us. We understand that the FSP's circumstances and needs may change therefore we have structured our offering to suit the FSP's business environment.
We provide the following services, including but not limited to:
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures
- Compliance Monitoring visits
- Risk Management Plans
- Disaster Plans
- Integrate the outcomes of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
- Assistance with FICA and POPI obligations
- Assistance with FAIS Ombud matters
- Comprehensive library of FAIS document/templates
- Assist FSP’s to confidently meet internal and external compliance requirements and standards
- Provide resources and guidelines to help create and maintain a successful compliance programme
- Tools, documents and procedures to maintain operational ability
- Educate and guide FSP’s on the Fit and Proper Requirements
- Integrate corporate governance, risk management and compliance processes
- Empower the FSP’s decision makers with compliance monitoring reports and updates
- Equip the FSP to successfully prepare for an FSCA or FICA audit
- Submit Profile Changes to the FSCA
- Add and Remove Representatives from the FSP's licence within 24 hours, provided that the Reps have valid SA ID numbers.
Fees
Our basic compliance fee starts from R1100-00 per month, depending on the nature of the FSP's business as well as location. We charge an additional monthly fee of R250-00 per Key Individual and/or Representative on the FSP licence. Call Centres and Juristic Representatives rates will differ from the above.
